Online Order Policies

Returns & Exchanges

Because many products related to body modification are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive, all items are final sale & non-returnable. Exchanges or store credit may be provided only if we made an error, or if applicable articles of clothing do not fit properly.

Final sale items include (but are not limited to): body jewelry, earrings, retainers, and any item intended for insertion or personal wear (especially once opened/handled).
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to): opened aftercare products, opened sterilized packaging, and used items of any kind.
If we shipped the wrong item or clothing does not fit: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an online order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped or is already being processed, we may not be able to cancel it.

Shipping

We ship to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Shipping times vary based on our supply on hand, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and (if applicable) special orders.
